      - small, in-office team allowed for autonomy over projects and easy knowledge sharing across teams - young, smart and energetic workforce - great work/life balance

      Cons

      - very disorganized leadership - c-suite didn't have a clear understanding of the tech after many of the original founds & stakeholders left the company - eventually prioritized M&A of other tech and vendors over our own proprietary offering
