Pros

working with at risk kids and being an advocate for the youth.

Cons

supervisors lack leadership. they keep those in “their circle” and make up positions to keep them on payroll. they down play incidents to manipulate and avoid licensing. i was left alone with kids without knowing what to do. no one from managements stays past 4pm. the supervisor hides in the office and only speaks to you for a write up. it seems this is a trend and they won’t fix their ways. i was told by other staff they management team will always take care of themselves first and promote within their circle.
