Pros
No PTO tracking system in place, so you can take more vacation time than necessary because this place is so disorganized that no one will notice or even care.
Cons
Mgmt is clueless about state and federal laws. Extremely disorganized. No HR Dept, not a single HR employee, they don’t pay OT when they should, no employee handbook or policies or procedures, they don’t distribute paycheck stubs, etc. It’s “the boys club.”
