Pros
Some coworkers were nice, but it was very few and far between.
Cons
Benefits are a joke and their marketed “flexible” working environment is only for those they think deserve it. Company policies are inconsistent and are applied discriminately. Benefits are a complete joke. Hardly any PTO accrues. In a company meeting, the execs said that they were changing their insurance plan which would save the company hundreds of thousands of dollars and that they would pass that along to the employees by lowering healthcare premiums….to everyone’s amazement, that didn’t happen. Most everyone will be nice to your face but then turn around and complain or talk negatively about you behind your back. Leadership is shallow and their only concern is that you look expensive. Little comments will be made about your appearance not being high fashion enough yet family members who work there get a pass to wear casual clothes.
