      Terrible atmosphere, terrible management

      Pros

      -Amazing gym to work out in

      Cons

      Multiple layoffs and resignations within the last few months. No understanding of work/life balance and zero career growth opportunity. Management makes poor choices and makes the lower level employees pay for it.

      Finally the changes that could save this company!

      Pros

      Cool brand in an awesome building with some amazing people working for it. The company had a terrible President who ruined it for 3+ years with his dictator style of leadership, favoritism, serious lack of strategy and vision, and just in ability to operate more than a few months at a time. A lot of great people either left on their own or were forced to leave because of him. The day he was fired should be listed as a company holiday. The company now has an amazing new leader and hope is back!

      Cons

      There is still some favoritism in the company that needs to go as well as poor communication across departments. Technology is beyond outdated and makes no sense at times. There needs to be more of an investment into R&D and product.

      Pros

      Company has a feel like Google for athletes when you walk in. Very talented people in product development create great products. Many great people work at SKLZ & are very helpful.

      Cons

      Management team can be very tough to deal with. If you're not a favorite you may feel invisible. Also salary is not competitive with skill levels in many cases. Older, non-athletic or less attractive need not apply as you won't fit in. Be ready to have meetings to plan meetings.
