Their service is in high demand so I often felt overworked. Not paid enough. Lacking in standards and training for new employees. Often, when I had a question, it was hard to find someone who would take the time to help me or teach me. Have to deal with customers who often require a lot of patience. Sometimes responding to customer calls late at night to try and fix issues remotely. Occasionally having to go work on equipment after hours to get things up and running.
