Takes forever for on boarding/ access to any programs, if someone messes up leadership relies on the “lead” MA’s to clean up other people’s messes instead of having said MA fix their problem, if you have a patient that is out of line and you ask management to help they rarely do and tell you to deal with it, if you are good at your job management will give you more work but turn you down for a raise.

Slave labor. Conference is a joke. Horrendous place. There are 24 hour calls, and it's because of understaffing, and it has been used as punishment for not going to that joke conference. Tons of ACGME violation
