      Pros

      The work culture here is truly wonderful. Our CEO, Mukundan, is an exceptionally down-to-earth person who never creates a sense of hierarchy—he makes everyone feel equal and valued. The managers are also very supportive, which makes the environment even more encouraging.

      Cons

      No canteen at office, and small premises.
