      Good way to start in IT

      Pros

      It's a good start in the it field. You'll receive tons of experience tearing down servers and desktops/laptops. Renegotiate server rates after you become certified. They won't tell you it's worth more than the minimum.

      Cons

      Contractors receive no reimbursement for use of your vehicle/mileage. Employees get very little. Pay is not great.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, decent pay when there is work, Friendly and helpful management, educational and certification opportunities. The work is fun and there is tremendous varity in your days.

      Cons

      Very inconsistent work. For contractors, sometimes there is no work for days or even weeks. They will not notify you, you are required to be available for work every day and log in to the system by 8 am to check every day. Also the amount and methods of record keeping and documentation required are frustrating.

      Horrible. It will cost you alot of money to work there

      Cons

      Won't pay and when they do its alot less than they said it would. Lies about everything. If someone says they are a good company its because its written from the owners family or the mistress
