I love it here. Management is fair and has helped me learn and grow. The accounts I work on all require an integrated approach to their plans and we've shown some real success!
Cons
Rather than having individualized training, it may be better to have group training to cover broader topics. The recent Hubspot training went very well for all of us in Inbound Marketing.
