SMS Architects had a impressive diverse rank of commercial accomplished project that still stands impressive. The firm is highly architectural technical qualified. It's a smaller "family" oriented firm, with several team member who have known each other for many years.
Cons
Lack of a creative mindsets to welcome new think-outside-the box mentality that will affect and hurt them now more than ever due to Covid-19 and all major nature catastrophes that has hit the US (and the world)lately with full force due to global warming. Today new regulations, new approach, new ideas, sustainability approached design are crucial. The internal politic and behavior from team member(s), and management not willing to intervene or support, made the work situation very lonely and challenging.
