Pros
There is only one pro i see working here. You get paid every week, Pay right now isn't too bad if you're willing to sacrifice your sanity and health. The pay rate for box truck & 26 ft truck drivers should be higher for the negative that come for driving these larger vehicles.
Cons
The way "management" communicates is insane. I've only ever dealt with the dispatchers and maybe 1 "higher-up". The stories I've heard from other workers is ridiculous, If you work over 10 hrs which is going to happen regardless factoring the amount of stops, traffic, late start cause of poorly ran management. You'd be lucky if whoever you're working with decides to take a break because if not they would not take one work 10+ hours without a 30min & two 15 min breaks which the app you use "encourages" you to take Even though regardless those 30 minutes are taken out of your pay. The incentive is slave yourself so you get "easy" "10" hour days to take home "good" pay.
