Get to work on good scale in certain teams. You get to learn and work on each aspect,

No proper project management, random so called architects will propose random projects after reading some blogs and after 6m of development they will find out it is not needed and start to blame on devs for delay. No job security No appraisals and growth Overall the company has no products which can be it's moat, it's a wrapper on top of meta api, send grid api, which any customer can make a script via Ai.. hence there revenue and profits are declining. Get call any time
