- Pay is below average for the area - Merit increases tend to get lower the longer you stay at the company because most operational roles are capped at a certain value - The longer you remain, the more your performance is nitpicked so that there is enough justification to not offer a legitimate increase in pay - Upward mobility is extremely limited based on lack of roles, so personal/career growth is only available to a select few - Despite the fact that they try to keep it under wraps, family is hired and promoted at the company - If you have proven your worth by going above and beyond and consistently delivering above average results, there is an extremely high probability that you will be exploited and counted on to frequently work late hours/weekends and shoulder more responsibility than is possible to accomplish in 40hr work weeks; 50-60hr weeks become the norm with no OT (company does not offer it) - Often times upper management does not offer solutions to help manage expectations/workloads; you are told to figure it out - Upper management frequently talks behind employees backs and belittles them

Pay could be better & benefits are a bit expensive.
