I met some lovely people who I still talk to to this day, we have remained very good friends

- Presented as a cohesive business during interview and when you started, the toxic work environment was very evident - It was a business with too many cooks (too many people in upper management) - They don’t care about staff mental health - They operate in a bully culture - Staff turnover was super high because they were a nightmare to work with - HR was non-existent - The management team often disagreed with each other causing confusion and led to staff being caught in the middle of disorganisation due to poor communication
