Salary was ok and co-workers were good.
Cons
Owner has inappropriate relationships with employees. Unrealistic deadlines. Expects you to perform miracles. Owner puts no money into his properties which is evident because they are all falling apart and the company is being fined constantly which will somehow become your fault.
