This company thrives on ideas and people who are experts in their field. After having experienced people in leadership before who should never have been there, this job has been an absolute fresh breath of air. Unlike those companies, SNH hires only people capable of their position. I am excited to go to work every day. Have you ever been able to say that? I am not sure if I have, after working here.
- From the day I started, they have treated me like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees, no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration, and ideas.
- The office environment is enjoyable and collaborative. There is a sense that the co-workers around you are actually on your team.
- It is a very challenging company due to the pace and ingenuity around every corner, which is honestly one of my favorite attributes of the company thus far. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere. Yes, office politics exist, but generally, it's a meritocracy.

I have tried to think of a Con for a while now and have come up with none. I have enjoyed every day I have been with the company and am excited for the days to come.
