Twelve - eighteen hour work days. Any requests for feedback on my performance were ignored. Co-ceo Andres has no time for new hires and became irate if you asked for help.
The products and team are absolutely amazing! There is an exciting energy that constantly flows through the company. There is a culture of being willing to pitch in and help out whenever challenges come up, and everybody is whip smart & hardworking. I can see a long career trajectory for myself & see a lot of opportunities to grow with the company.
Cons
Like most other startups, the pace here is really fast & things are constantly in flux. I don't think this would be the right fit for people who are looking for a typical 9-5 job or have to stick exactly to their own job description.
