Pros

If you are driven and engage fully, the training and skills you receive will stay with you in life and work. Same goes for building your professional network - lots of exposure to impressive clients. A lot of good people, doing good work.

Cons

Very intense environment - poor work/life balance. Sometimes management overly willing to keep the less hardworking/less qualified around at the expense of the greater good. Not a traditional agency, if that's what you're looking for.
