You will definitely learn a lot. There is so much scope to get a really good salary hike if you are good enough to communicate and deal with customers and projects. You will be included into multiple projects. There will be so many hard moments to deal with, and you will have a good team to work on those and move forward.

Cons

There is no particular task which is assigned to you, particularly for a longer period of time. You will work on multiple tasks all at once parallel, and you are the responsible person to handle all those tasks, and there is definitely work life balance difficulties that you will face if you work on shifts and definitely won't get work from home if needed in emergencies.
