DO NOT WORK FOR DENTON'S MARKETING DEPARTMENT. THEIR NEW CMO IS A NIGHTMARE.

This might be a decent firm in some ways, but you should seriously consider looking elsewhere if considering a position in marketing.

Cons

The new CMO has a long history of short stints at many employers. Extremely unprofessional, conflict-creating conduct.

Pros

Decent salary; benefits could be way better. I do like that if necessary, I can work from home remotely.

Cons

The culture here is just awful. I mean, it's really poor. I don't think management really cares. Why would they? They're too busy thinking about money. The business services staff is underappreciated and working with some of the partners here has been incredibly difficult. It's all very black and white here and sometimes it just gets plain weird. After working here, I've decided to never work with lawyers agin. Also, the computing system needs to be totally revamped. It's outdated and quite slow at times.

Once upon a time it was a great company, very collegiate.

Cons

Ever since Elliott took over, associates and staff watch as their benefits went bye-bye, and, as the saying goes, "the rich get richer." Constant fear of layoffs (for good reason).
