Typical start-up environment (no structure, no direction, bad mgmt, no inventive to succeed, gossip) Management and HR department are nonexistent and not qualified Billing department nonexistent and unreliable - (CHECK EVERY PAYCHECK) Management/ Sales team lie to clients with responsibility falling on lower level employees Owner hires friends who are not qualified Be prepared to be berated, yelled at, and then expected to work hard Absolutely no trust in employees Owner will lie about company events and opportunities that never happen Only 3 of the 12 employees have been with the company over a year (All of them are friends) No direction or incentives based on performance Absolutely no sense of direction for the company Full of secrets and gossip VERY high turnover rate
