      Poor, below-market-rate pay for way too many responsibilities. Expect to be "wearing different hats" i.e. taking on job duties that are completely out of your scope or domain with little or no training No time to ramp up or catch up Hostile work environment among narcissistic owners

      Pros

      Have been super pleased working at SOCSoter. They have a hard working, diligent, and caring team. Also, management is super open to new ideas and has a real vested interest in providing meaningful opportunities for employees. This is an environment where professional growth and excellence is really encouraged.

      Cons

      The work is hard! It's a small business and that inevitably comes with it's ups and downs, but management has a strong vision for the company and a team that's passionate about moving the ball forward.
