Pros

Average salary, as in the market. Mention in the resume about working in an international company and official employment (but only as a mention since 90% of the employees in the company are Belarusians, and knowledge of English is hardly required). Cool corporate events and opening of new company offices. Some employees are very reasonable and pleasant to communicate with. Issuance of equipment for work.

Cons

Repulsive processes. As I mentioned in the review title, in terms of processes, the company resembles a small, underdeveloped startup where internal processes have not been properly established. The flow of tasks within the team is unclear, HR and office employees perform poorly, and I constantly had to deal with inaccuracies and errors on their part. Sometimes these errors bordered on legal disputes. Salary delays. While working at the Georgian office, there were several salary delays that lasted for a month. The fact that a "major corporation" couldn't anticipate the risks and delayed salaries for three consecutive months to all employees doesn't inspire joy. Team structure. The team structure is very strange and unclear. Essentially, it doesn't exist, and all the work is done solely with the manager. Hypocrisy. The recurring theme in all meetings with colleagues is the importance of attention to detail and adherence to deadlines in "corporations." However, in practice, most of these individuals fail to meet deadlines, and some tasks remain pending for years without anyone taking responsibility. But when communicating with the management, they always point it out to you. Toxicity. Some employees in the company behave extremely tactlessly and toxic. They respond to questions with irritation, engage in confrontational conversations during meetings, and act more like enemies than colleagues. Often, they don't help solve problems but rather bully those who approach them. Only a few individuals can be approached with tasks or ideas for discussion. However, in most cases, taking initiative is punishable. It's easier not to speak up and work on a task for ten years to avoid annoying others with your thoughts and interfering with their work. Indifference and apathy. This point is closely related to the previous one. The essence is that most colleagues don't strive to work with you. It is strongly felt that you are merely a cog in the machine, and no one cares about you. I have never experienced this feeling in previous jobs, so this company excels in that regard.

Pros

Difficult to name any. Perhaps learning how not to run a company can be considered a lesson.

Cons

I worked at Softswiss for 2 years, and I can confidently say this was the most toxic and unprofessional environment I’ve encountered in my career. Gossip and cliques everywhere. Russian-speaking only, despite the company calling itself “international”. If you are from the EU prepare to feel like an outsider. Very low salaries. After 2 years, you’ll be financially stuck - no savings, no growth. It’s simply not worth it. Unqualified and disrespectful management. People are hired not for competence, but for loyalty and gossiping skills. No respect for privacy. Personal life is constantly discussed and used against you. Fake corporate culture. The events they brag about on social media are a joke. Two people in one hotel room? Really? Photos are staged - in reality, everyone envies and undermines each other behind the scenes. Toxicity masked as “team spirit”. Friendships are fake, smiles are forced. If someone gets even slightly ahead - expect jealousy, sabotage, and silent punishment. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who values professionalism, boundaries, or career growth. Stay away if you’re serious about your future.
