Cons
•Pay is not equal across the board •Benefits lack luster and over priced. You can pay out almost an entire paycheck for health care. •No rollover PTO. The current contract, the Sub-Contract company allows roll over PTO and end of contract PTO payout. Roughly $10,000 difference in final pay. •Lack of communication from top down. •Company failed to supply mandatory gear for the contract. •If you’re sent on any business trips you have to personally front the money and wait for reimbursement.
