      Pros

      Can't think of many. Great selling job during the interview but that's it

      Cons

      Basically if they have work they hire, once done that's it - you're out of there. No career, no long term prospects, over 100% staff turnover each year.

      Pros

      They were on the latest technology, other than that there were no benefits.

      Cons

      The management is horrible. They estimate way low and over work you without paying you for it. If there is no work they push you out of the company. They are lucky they haven't been sued yet.
