Pros

Great individuals working there. Growing company and business strategy even through pandemic challenges.

Cons

Sometimes disorganized and unclear about priorities/expectations. For the size of company that it is, and the length of time in business, you would expect more structure and organization. Having multiple owners with varying opinions about best course of action is confusing at times.

Easy, Good Work, but Toxic Environment

Pros

The work was great. Work hard, do well, and get more recognition and responsibilities. Opportunities for self-starters everywhere.

Cons

Family run means family run. Leadership positions will stay in the family, and family will get special treatment. Also, there are a LOT of strong personalities that don't shy away from yelling at employees.

Great place to get your feet wet in all HR and recruiting. You can correctly work with the owners wish I've been in the business for over 40 years. The best firms in the Tri-City area.

Cons

Since it's family-owned it's hard to get promoted into the higher levels of Senior Management.
