Pros
The people you work with are great. Being in the Upper Midwest, people are very hospitable and cordial. They know how to get the job done. The benefits (insurance, 401k, etc.)
Cons
There has been no raises in this company, no overtime. Instead of teaching moments, they hire people and remove others to meet their needs. No one will be promoted and leadership plays favorites. While the technology is growing and evolving, the positions within the company do not to meet those demands and needs. There are no processes and procedures. There are several bottlenecks within the company which prevents growth within. There’s no metric system to guide performance, yet they let go of people for poor performance. Mistakes are often masked and never reviewed to correct. Promises made are often broken (i.e. raises, promotions, position duties and roles.)
