Pros

Good opportunity to help the military

Cons

SOSi hired people, who quit their other jobs, stating that they had won a contract. In fact, there were PROMISED the contract, and NEVER got it. So a majority of people were let go after only a month or two- right before the holidays. And they then convinced the government that a few people coudl stay on the government payroll for weeks and weeks and weeks, doing next to nothing while sitting at thier house. That is a desparate company trying to apy their bills.

Pros

A fair amount of freedom with responsibility Dialogue between employees and management is constructive and open Compensation is generally upper middle (for Denmark). Top of the line for the call center in CPH specifically Management are fairly transparent with the regards to which direction they want to take the company.

Cons

Several indicators of a company that enjoys a fair amount of success, and grows a bit faster than its geared for: Every department is cronically overworked, but especially middle management are stretched thin. Various parts of the business are moving towards acting as a single company (ever so slowly). But in an environment that is still very much dictated by the fact that SOS consist of many different aquired businesses, under the same umbrella, there is still much to be done.
