      - You'll be surrounded by incredibly hard working coworkers and startup founders - The organization attracts talented and mission driven people who typically work there long periods of time - There is a huge room for growth

      Pros

      Sean O'Sullivan is a great visionary. The founders you get to work with are awesome. It's a very fulfilling and mission-driven place to work.

      Cons

      The compensation is a bit lower than industry peers, with no obvious path for growth and very few promotions/raises unless you're on the investment side. The various programs seem to compete with each other and don't work cohesively across the organization. This is most obvious at the management level, where good organizational changes are shunned in favor of the status quo and keeping "their team" distinct and isolated.
