This company fools employees, it's a trap. They issue offer letter in the name of NSR Information Systems Pvt Ltd and trap you by saying big things before joining. Once you join there is no hike, no PF, no benefits. You pay lot of tax as there are no tax benefit components

1. Only 12 leaves a year that includes paid + casual + sick 2. Work like donkey and expect no hikes 3. Worst policies -- Actually every policy (if there is any) is written in favour of company and no policy for employees. 4. Sandwich leave system 5. No carry forward of leaves / Encashing. They will expire at year end. 6. Very High attrition rate due to politics 7. In my 2 years with SPAR, I have seen over dozens of people joining and leaving within a week. 8. Not many IT projects 9. If your project is done, you will be terminated the same day 10. No fun activities, no games 11. Management watches you every minute, too many CC Cameras 12. No Work Life balance 13.
