People are fantastic It's a very secure role assuming you're not a silly goose Working hours are fine Dress down on Fridays and quarterly events Management are friendly

Limited career progression Can sometimes feel like a cog in the machine Morning meetings are sometimes pointless

Other workers were friendly and helpful, nice office location with big windows which were nice to look out off.

Cons

Everything, I was miserable for so long there really affected my mental health, management were not helpful and never cared about your problems. All they care about is getting you back answering calls. It is a dull and boring job with awful managers, best think I ever did was leaving.
