Management takes good care of their staff and tries to provide and maintain a good culture. They have multiple team building events and provide adequate training to the staff.

Cons

The volume of cases can be challenge to manage on a every day basis.

Pros

The mission is very commendable. They lose a lot of senior staff for a number of reasons. They don't have a grants manager, they haven't had a development officer in some time. The CEO micromanages her staff and gets too far into the details of things rather than letting them just do their jobs.
