      Cold, sterile and cliquey with clueless management

      Pros

      - Very good maternity/paternity package

      Cons

      - Senior management sweep around self-importantly, but don't appear to know how to manage the staff, keep employees engaged or develop innovative products. - Key strategic decisions are made in Switzerland with no involvement or consultation from the UK office. - Stale atmosphere and very cliquey. If your 'face doesn't fit' you're made to feel VERY unwelcome. - The office is located in a horrible industrial estate, which is very difficult to get out of in the rush-hour. - The future of the company was very uncertain, as both parent companies were trying to sell up.

      Great location Flexible working and early start & finish for some teams Good pay Lots of new roles in technology based roles Bonus scheme for all staff Performance reviews

      Cons

      No chance of progression in some teams due to long serving staff Not encouraged to progress Lots of people either changing roles or leaving Not always doing the right thing by the staff Vending machines in canteen

      Great employee benefits, ample free parking, opportunity to work flexibly to suit family/other commitments, open and friendly culture, employee recognition through various means.

      Cons

      Progression can be limited for some roles due to the business size, not much in Priory Business Park apart from other companies (i.e no convenience shop/cafe).
