      Pros

      -plenty opportunities for career progression -flexi working -no micromanagement culture -great office location - loads of training/ upskilling opportunities - I like the £2000 training allowance you get when you join to spend on upskilling yourself -strong collaboration culture - everyone helps one another - there is non of that toxic competitiveness
