Pros

Flexibility on when to start in the mornings. Between 2am-6am Once you learned your schedule you're independent Pay is ok, based off what your route sales

Cons

Not good if you don't like to get up early Not much room for career advancement

Pros

Smaller family company, no corporate nonsense to worry about. Weekly paychecks, company parties and appreciation days! Flexible scheduling at least for my position. Loved the people I worked with.

Cons

Benefits are okay, but not the best. No paid maternity leave. Middle managers changed a bit but heard that it’s been fairly consistent lately.
