      Pros

      This company is on the cutting edge of solving enterprise security problems and innovators in identity hygiene which I didn’t know before starting here. I learn something every day and in like helping our customers reduce risk.I love the culture. It’s a fun place to work and I am able to make huge contributions to the company and get recognition.

      Cons

      Since it’s a growing company it won’t have all of the perks that larger more established companies have.

      The SPHERE team is full of uplifting people who are always willing to help each other out. The company is a startup, so it’s fast paced which keeps employees engaged and energized and there are many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      The team has a strong work ethic and leadership looks for those who are always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Being a self-starter and proactive with your work is a must.
