      Pros

      Working for the company felt like a small family. I never had a CEO call me to welcome me or ever expected to receive more calls from CEO to check on my processing. This company really took care of its people.

      Cons

      Unfortunately I work on the contractor side of the house and in world of contracting you can find yourself working for another company next week.
