      Pros

      Autonomous, great flexibility, great hourly pay, and excellent mileage reimbursement.

      Cons

      Nothing against SPNN, but even though per diem offers great flexibility, the downside is not knowing how much money you will make from one week to the next and having to respond to emails within seconds to get patients before someone else takes them.

      Pros

      This company is very Organized, supportive, stable. Scheduler is very attentive to emails, as are the case managers. Also I like getting paid for driving.

      Cons

      Work is not always stable, cancellations can cause instability in finances. Also the mileage reimbursement is not comparable to current trends
