      Pros

      Spot does an amazing job of creating a comfortable and collaborative workspace. This company is all about sharing ideas and solutions and I always felt comfortable speaking my opinions. This is an amazing part of the company and seeing your ideas come to life and flourish really was the cherry on top. It's a young team and you really feel the energy bouncing off the walls. If you're looking for a fun place to work that embraces employee participation, this company is definitely right for you. Truly encompasses the meaning of work hard, play hard.

      Cons

      Not too much to say here! Truly enjoyed my time. I'd say if you're not a lover of furry companions this company is not for you as the office is filled with pattering paws and fluffy faces.
