Overall, my experience with the organization was very positive. The workplace encouraged creativity and offered a variety of fun and wellness activities throughout the year. There were also opportunities for internal promotions. Management was genuinely caring toward the seniors we served, which fostered a meaningful and mission-driven work environment. It was a supportive and engaging place to work.
