Pros

Working with a prime is great experience and opens many doors if you’re just starting your career. The work life balance is the best pro in my opinion and of course getting to work with a big 4. Amazing people you will work with on your projects. And your clearance is sponsored.

Cons

Off season can leave you “benched” without pay for around to 3-4 months or more depending on the situation. The salary does not compensate for that loss of pay either. Benefits are minimal, pto is minimal. Very murky about start dates. You will feel like your job is in jeopardy at times.
