Pros
I worked for SPS DGTL for almost 4 years and I loved every minute of it! In my time with the company, I worked my way up from a part-time engagement specialist to a Business Development Manager. I worked closely with Shaun, the CEO, daily and learned so much from him. A lot of companies claim to be a "flat organization" but SPS DGTL truly is. I always felt heard, valued, and respected by Shaun and all of leadership. As this was my first "real job" post-college graduation, the team took the time to teach me and help me grow. Being a small company, I got to work with members of every department and got to "wear all the hats", giving me great experience that can be applied to all of my future endeavors.
One of the greatest things about SPS DGTL is the work-life balance. I never felt overworked or burnt out because the company really makes taking time off and vacation a priority. There's also a lot of flexibility in where you can work. SPS DGTL has always had the mentality, "As long as you get your work done, it doesn't matter where you are located", even before COVID.
The company culture here is amazing and I truly consider this team my family, this goodbye is definitely very bittersweet for me. I will miss them dearly!
Cons
I don't have hardly any cons about working here, I am really only leaving the company because I have been with SPS for several years and am ready to make a career change. I was offered an opportunity I couldn't pass up otherwise I would have stayed here forever.
