      - Decent Benefits Package for a Customer Service role - Team members are kind, great culture overall

      Cons

      - Executive leadership is abysmal - New website, launched in March 2026, is unusable due to bugs and the loss of several key features that kept customers on board - Customers are now running for the hills

      Pros

      There are still some good people who work there, and I have met some friends for life.

      Cons

      CEO Claude Church is a bumbling, disrespectful, disgusting buffoon. He is sinking the company into the ground, probably be closed within the year. Constant layoffs with zero communication. His assistant is equally incompetent and cruel. Every procedure is bottlenecked to run through him, so nothing gets done; basically just rips out a process and replaces it with himself. Zero respect for staff or customers.
