All staff work on the same floor so there is a sense of shared working and learning. Experienced team members provide ongoing support of new staff making the transition into the company a much nicer experience. Management works alongside employees and again support is provided every step of the way.

Great working environment with plenty of training offered to anyone who needs additional help or wants to progress more in their current role. Work within teams to get all the workload done effectively and offer great acknowledgement/prizes to be won for individuals who hit their monthly target.
