Lovely place to work. - Delivery Consultant SQCP Employee Review

I worked for this company in 2013 and I decided now to add a review. Unfortunately nothing positive to say apart from the fact that it was close to where I used to live.

In May 2013, I accidentally came across to a thread of emails where my bosses were discussing a plan involving my dismissal. In that email, the words which were used could be considered as an insult, and they were written by the director of the company. They were more worried about my English accent rather than my technical skills. I did not take any legal action at the time as I found another job, also I worked there for less than a year.

All staff work on the same floor so there is a sense of shared working and learning. Experienced team members provide ongoing support of new staff making the transition into the company a much nicer experience. Management works alongside employees and again support is provided every step of the way.
