      Pros

      Mainly nice people. Good commission structure.

      Cons

      Very old-fashioned agency not adapting well to the more professional demands of today's recruitment world. They struggle to win new business, pay really badly and rely too much on old relationships with hiring managers that no longer generate much business.

      Pros

      All staff work on the same floor so there is a sense of shared working and learning. Experienced team members provide ongoing support of new staff making the transition into the company a much nicer experience. Management works alongside employees and again support is provided every step of the way.

      All other staff members are friendly.

      Cons

      Management are fake, literally hire you and fire you without a reasonable excuse. Dont try and make long term plans with this company they will shoot you in the foot when you least expect it.
