Interesting client projects with exposure to different environments. Overall collaborative team atmosphere.

Frequent misalignment between employee profiles and project assignments. Despite clearly stating that TMA (third-party application maintenance) not aligned with my skills or career focus, this was not taken into account. Heavy micromanagement, particularly in TMA teams. Some team leaders rely on hierarchy (e.g., emphasizing “junior” status) rather than coaching, with unnecessary control over basic tasks. This undermines confidence, autonomy and professional growth.
