very narrow minded and hopeless seniors. they enjoy the job as government permanent job.. never join this organization. Fresher's - Advice join only if you don't have any other choice. - Because seniors are so unskilled and dumb that they need 8-9 months to analyze the performance of fresher's which results into not getting confirmation and salary for 8-9 months. - So fresher's even if you join here don't stop giving interviews outside because working for 8-9 months for 12hrs/day without a salary is just meaningless. *** Experience candidates - At the end of the day you will feel like you have forgotten the existing knowledge also which you have gain from last experience. - So avoid to join here. The company follows a outdated work flow with old methodology. Note to senior management Company does not grow on cast and politics.. Think on this if you are matured enough.
