Pros
The Management team legitimately cares about the safety and prosperity of their employees. Ideas are entertained and welcomed and everyone focuses on the future of the business. SRC offers a solid 401K contrition and the employee stock is amazing. Additionally the benefits are amazing.
Cons
The company strongly focuses compensation on the stock ownership. Work-life balance and take-home pay are not always in ideal.
